A Word From Our Pastor

Grace and greetings to you in Jesus’ name.  I am so thankful that He brings peace to all who will call upon Him and trust in His great work.
Have you noticed almost everyone is looking for an answer to something?  I am surrounded by conversation!  It is easy to walk the halls of the hospital or the facility and find people talking about current events.  Yes, whether what SCOTUS rules, what criminal act someone commits, or just something going on in their personal lives, people are looking for answers.  For your information, no one has the answers but our Lord!
I want to keep a challenge before you in which we keep our minds open to what others are saying and/or asking.  Why not be so prayed up, that for every complaint we hear about what is going on around us, we give a compliment or a promise of God which lets others know He is in control!  I do not think it is better said than what the wise man wrote in Proverbs 3:5-7:

5 “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.  6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. 7 Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil. ”
